A major feature documentary that examines the explosive relationship between Muhammad Ali and Malcolm X.

In 1962, few boxing writers and fans considered Cassius Clay as anything other than an obnoxious self-promoter. But Malcolm X, saw something special in Clay. Not just of boxing greatness, but as a means to spread his message.

The two soon  forged deep bonds and became inseparable. However, this was a doomed and fatal relationship, whose fall-out would have disastrous, tragic and far-reaching  consequences.

Simon is executive producing the film alongside Oscar-winning producer Simon Chinn and multi-award winning producer Kenya Barris. Marcus Clarke is directing
